Rev. Craig Carlson - Pastor
Hello! I was raised in Seattle, Washington by two wonderful parents who helped me learn about and finally receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of my life. The Lord called me into ministry during my college years and I began my work as a Youth Pastor in the summer of 1968. I have served churches in Illinois, Minnesota, California and Connecticut. It has been a privilege to be the pastor of the Covenant Church of Easton since October 1993. I moved here from California with my wife, Carolyn. We have two grown sons who also live in New England.

Brenda Hurd - Director Children's Ministries
For the past 23 or so years I have spent most of my time involved with children one way or another. My husband, Bob, and I have two grown children, Dave, 21 and Katy, 19. During their growing-up years I taught and/or directed various children’s programs at church and in the community.
I have a degree in recreation and have continued to explore and be fascinated at how people spend their time. My desire is to get them to spend more of it learning about and serving our God. I believe the best place for them to start is in the nursery.
I enjoy travel, tag sales, reading, word puzzles, crafts, Bible study, going to the gym, and watching television. I’m almost never bored.

Andrea Stetson - Director, Covenant Children's Center
My professional work with children began in 1990 when I accepted a position in the Fairfield Public Library as Children's Reference Librarian. It was there that I discovered the adventure of learning alongside young children. During my library tenure, I held several preschool teaching positions, which helped prepare me for this present journey as Director. I delight in walking with the children through their early learning years as they make sense of the world around them, affirming them, encouraging them and sharing with them the love of Jesus.
