Our Ministry to School Age Children

• Children's Sunday School is provided for all children ages 3 through 5th grade. Our program begins at 9 a.m. each Sunday in the Fellowship Hall. Melissa Otten serves as Sunday School Superintendent.

• Children's Worship is provided for ages 4½ through 3rd grade during the worship service. Children sit with their parents through the first half of the service and are then dismissed to the Fellowship Hall for a time of singing, prayer, and teaching.

• Friend's Night Out is a midweek evening program for kids in K-5. Meetings are held on Tuesdays from 6:45 - 8 p.m. Kids draw closer to God by building relationships with peers and adults and by participating in fun activities and special projects. Brenda Hurd serves as the FNO Coordinator.

• King's Kids is a children's choir program for K-5. Children gather for practice on Tuesdays from 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. Kids often sing during Sunday worship and at special events throughout the year. Adrienne Reedy and Dan Wolgemuth provide leadership for the King's Kids Choir.

• Covenant Kids special events are held throughout the year and have included opportunities for fellowship, service, discipleship, and evangelism. Occasionally we have family events called "Family Fests" where we enjoy a light supper, games, crafts and a devotion.

• Vacation Bible School is a weeklong summer program, which provides a fun and interactive approach to learning about God and His desire to build relationships with His children of all ages. VBS meets from 9 a.m. - 12 noon for five days (generally in July), which are filled with high energy, fun teaching, music, skits, crafts, recreation, and more.
