Article III - Pastoral Staff
Members of the pastoral staff other than the pastor and associate pastors named above may be employed as the needs of the church dictate. Their terms of employment, duties and qualifications will be determined by the appropriate ministry or committee designated by the Church Council. They will serve according to the job description agreed upon at the times of employment. Such staff members will, both in word and precept, work in harmony with the Covenant, the East Coast Conference, the council and the pastor.
